What is crowdsourcing?


When we set off to build a business and create our name in the market, we wish to have the maximum of the best skills. The urge is to get the best in everything that we hire. But due to geographical constraints, this seems impossible to have the best-skilled people under one roof, working for one organisation. 

But, with the idea of crowdsourcing, companies are allowed to assign work to people anywhere in the country or around the world, which allows the businesses to have access to a vast array of skills and expertise without incurring the normal overhead costs of in-house employees.
