Types of Grain Alcohol 

Grain alcohol, also known as ethanol, is a twice distilled, neutral spirit arose from fermenting grain. Pure alcohol that has been prepared from fermented grains.

All alcohol prepared from the fermentation and distillation of a kind of grain, which comprises wheat, corn, rice, and rye. Each grain generates a different type of alcohol, and "grain alcohol" is the commodity of corn, yeast, sugar, and water. Grain alcohol is an apparent liquid, with no color, no smell, and less taste. Each grain produces a different type of alcohol. Spirits that are called grain alcohols are prepared from corn, yeast, sugar and water. Also known as ethanol, grain alcohol is a twice distilled, neutral spirit with 95-percent alcohol content (190-proof).
