Entrepreneurs have a problem: startups. Almost all startups either fail or never truly reach an endurable size. Despite the popularity of entrepreneurship, we haven't engineered a reasonable way to start; throughout the book, you get step-by-step education and almost the exact wording to use when talking to brokers and the other players in the acquisition game. Throughout the book, you get step-by-step instructions and almost the exact terminology to use when talking to brokers and the other performers in the acquisition game. Deibel uses his own experiences, enhanced by research and interviews, to present a substantive case for his entrepreneurial procedure. The guide is a beautiful blend of strategy and how-to with liberal doses of both.
