Add flour mixture in three parts, alternating with buttermilk, beating until smooth, scraping bowl if necessary. Don't mix too much. Add the floured blueberries, leaving the remaining flour that doesn't stick to the berries
Divide batter into muffin cups (about 1/3 cup each)
Sprinkle with turbinado sugar and squeeze the remaining blueberry cups into muffin cups. Bake on the middle rack for 20 to 22 minutes, until the wooden sticks in the center come out with a little crumb
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely

Stir in the tomatoes, put in the oven, and bake for ten minutes

Bake eggs and sprinkle with spinach
