Meeting Notes

Steps to create minutes of the meeting :

navigate to -: Daily Productivity -> Meeting Notes.

 

Step-1- Sync with google(because without syncing with google you cannot set up a meeting)

click on the button"sync with google"

select your google account

Click on advance

Click on the URL given at the bottom

then click on allow to give permission

After that, the button will look like this which defines that syncing with google has been done.

After that when the user clicks on to create a meeting note then this page will appear. and after filling all the details, click on the submit button.

After creating the meeting every member will get a mail to notify and the meeting schedule gets synced in a google calendar.

for the meeting, details click on the meeting title.

Users can see meeting details in the meeting note page in two ways.

1.list view
