Rohlik, a Czech startup that has built an online grocery ordering and delivery business. The company — which has some 17 thousand items in its online store — saw revenues rise 101% in FY 2020 to €300 million on 750,000 customers, and it is profitable. Read more

Volocopter, a startup out of southern Germany, has been building and testing electric VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) aircraft, has picked up €200 million (about $241 million) in a Series D round of funding. Read more
San Francisco-based Real estate tech startup Doma, earlier known as States Title. Doma has developed patented machine learning technology that reduces title processing time. Read more

Payfazz, an agent-based financial services network in Indonesia, invested $30 million into payments infrastructure provider Xfers. Payfazz and Xfers, two startups that want to increase financial inclusion in Southeast Asia, have joined to create a new holding entity called Fazz Financial Group. Read more
