Sailesh has over 13+ years of investment banking, M&A, Valuation and fund raise experience having worked on several global advisory firms including Transworld M&A, GHA and EY. Currently Sailesh is the Founder of Valuecraftz Advisors which is a premium knowledge partner for investment banks, M&A firms, financial sponsors, investment management firms and high growth companies. He has worked with over 300+ startups/businesses with their investor readiness and has been part of over $2B in global transaction value. Prior to starting Valuecraftz, Sailesh was part of Transworld M&A handling cross-border M&A transactions including deal execution. In the past he has also worked with EY (Ernst &Young) as part of their market leading Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team working on marquee regulatory and non regulatory business valuation engagements. Sailesh has a B.Com (Hons) and an MBA (Finance) degree from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and is a CFA Charter holder.
