Jay Conrad Levinson was born in Detroit, brought up in Chicago, completed graduation from the University of Colorado. His studies in Psychology directed him to advertising agencies, including a Directorship at Leo Burnett in London, where he assisted as Creative Director. Jay Conrad Levinson is the author of more than a dozen books in the Guerrilla Marketing sequel. A retired vice president and creative director at J. Walter Thompson Advertising and Leo Burnett Advertising, he was the chairman of Guerrilla Marketing International, a consulting firm fulfilling large and small businesses worldwide.
