Wilmot Reed Hastings Jr. is an American businessman. He is the co-founder, chairman, and co-chief executive officer of Netflix, and sits on several boards and non-profit associations. A former member of the California State Board of Education, Hastings is an advocate for teaching reform through charter schools.
Erin Meyer is an American writer and professor based in Paris. She is well known for writing the 2014 book, The Culture Map: Breaking Through the Invisible Boundaries of Global Business a study that evaluates how national cultural distinctions impact industry.
