U.K.-based Gophr, has raised £4 million in funding as it looks to invest in its product off the back of 300% revenue growth during the last 12 months. Read more

3. Snack, where TikTok meets dating, gets $3.5 million in funding

Canada-based video-first dating app Snack,has received $3.5 million in funding. This app that asks users to create a video and post it to a feed. Snack is also working on video editing features similar to that of TikTok to let people get super creative with their profiles.

Indian food delivery startup Zomato, has raised $250 million. The new investment reinforces the strong confidence investors have in Zomato, which struggled to raise money for much of last year. Read more

A stock option marketplace startup EquityBee, has raised $20 million in a Series A round of funding. company’s goal is to help educate startup employees on the meaning of their stock options, as well as provide them with funds to be able to purchase them. Read more

3. Furniture startup Burrow raises $25M

Burrow, a startup that first launched with a modular sofa, eventually aims to sell you furniture for every room in your home. The goal is to match the largest customer needs with the biggest market opportunities. Read more

Next Gen, which will launch its plant-based “chicken” brand, called TiNDLE, has raised $10 million in seed funding. This is the first time the startup has taken external investment, and the funding exceeded its original target of $7 million. Read more
