1. Bunch adds $1M to its seed round to flesh out its leadership learning app
Bunch claims to be an “AI coach” that provides users with daily, short-form tips and tricks to become a better leader. Bunch announced that it has closed a total of $4.4 million in seed capital. The company’s product, a mobile app, focuses on teaching leadership skills to the younger generations. Read more
2. ChargerHelp raises $2.75M to keep EV chargers working
The company has raised $2.75 million from investors, ChargerHelp!, an on-demand repair app for electric vehicle charging stations. The coming wave of electric vehicles will require more than thousands of charging stations. It works directly with the charging manufacturers and network providers. Read more

1. Men’s health startup Manual raises $30M Series A from US and European investors
Manual a Men’s health and well-being startup has raised a $30 million Series A round. New fund will be used for product development and international expansion. Manual provides diagnostics, treatments and ongoing care and plans to expand across Europe, Asia and Latin America. Read more
2. Finch Capital acquires Wirecard Turkey
Finch Capital, the early-stage fintech VC with a presence in London and Amsterdam, is acquiring Wirecard Turkey, a subsidiary of Wirecard. The Turkish company provides various payment services, namely: direct carrier billing, credit card acquiring, and e-money. Read more
3. Tutor marketplace GoStudent raises €70M Series B round
Vienna-based GoStudent, which connects students to tutors on a virtual learning platform, has raised a €70 million Series B funding. GoStudent competes with offline players like Schülerhilfe in Germany and Acadomia in France, which focus on small-classes in learning centers. It also competes where tutors advertise in traditional marketplaces like classified ads. Read more

Staffbase, which provides an intranet-style internal communications platform for companies, has raised a $145 million. Staffbase has a workforce of 450 employees throughout 11 locations, including offices in London, New York, Vancouver, Amsterdam and Berlin. Read more

Otrium has raised a $120 million round just a year after raising its $26 million Series B round. Otrium works with clothing brands to help them sell items when they reach the end-of-season status. Read more
3. India’s HealthPlix raises $13.5 million to help doctors treat patients more efficiently
HealthPlix, a Bangalore-based startup, believes it can help doctors serve these patients more efficiently at your time. HealthPlix’s solution puts doctors at its centre, said Gudibanda, who has spent nearly two decades in entrepreneurship in health tech. Read more

The blockchain tech startup ImToken, and crypto wallet developer, announced today it has raised $30 million in Series B funding. ImToken will use its latest funding to build features for “imToken 3.0.” Read More
